Through the tracking service provided by Correos, the customer can check the status of the order introducing the tracking number provided in the email of confirmation in: http://www.correos.com
The waiigo ships to:
- Spain, including Islas Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla.
- All European Union member countries.
Because all shipments are certificates, it will not be accepted delivery orders to PO boxes.
The waiigo advises the customer to provide an address where the product can be delivered within the normal working hours.
Upon payment confirmation, all shipments of available products will be delivered to the courier company over a period of 1 to 3 working days.
The customizable image stamping products will be delivered over a period of 5 to 7 working days.
Once delivered the package to the courier company, the average time of arrival is:
- Spain: 1 to 5 working days.
- Europe: 2 to 7 working days.
(Delivery times are average delivery calculations, it may vary more or less time, depending directly from the shipping company, in this case, Correos).
If the order has not been received in 20 working days, The waiigo will refund the full price paid by the customer.
The delivery schedule will be from Monday to Friday from 9:00h to 20:00h. It is advisable to provide a useful phone number at the time of purchase, in case we need to contact with the customer.
The courier company will make a maximum of two delivery attempts. If after these two attempts the delivery is not possible, it will be stored in the closest post office to the delivery address. It will remain awaiting pickup for 15 working days, after notifying the client of its reception at the post office.
If the package is not collected within the waiting period, it will be returned to The waiigo. Once received, The waiigo will contact the client so it can be delivered a third time if he agrees to pay for the additional delivery.
Each delivery is considered completed at the moment that the carrier makes the product available to the customer or person authorized, informing the waiigo through the control system used by the courier.
It is the responsibility of the costumer to check the shipment upon arrival, express doubts and/or submit all claims he deems appropriate, he may even reject the package if it presents clear signs of having been opened or if it shows deterioration.
These comments or complaints must be sent to the courier company and the waiigo via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, with subject "Error in delivery order" and a description of the reason for the return thereof in English or Spanish, as well as with the order number and the receipt previously provided by the waiigo within the first 24 hours of the shipping rejection.
All customers have the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days, as established by the RDL 1/2007 of 16 November. In order to make the return, the customer must inform of the objects returned and their order number by email (email@example.com).
Requirements to return the objects:
- Returned products must retain all parts shipped, such as: packaging, labels, paper, and promotions.
- THE OBJECTS CANNOT HAVE BEEN USED, since the products sold through www.thewaigo.com are considered intimate garments, used returns will not be accepted.
The return must be made by CERTIFIED MAIL and deliver it directly to the address "apartado de correos (PO Box) 2066 CP: 08917 Badalona, Barcelona. Spain" – through the courier company chosen by the customer.
In the event that the delivered product by The Waiigo is defective or incorrect, the costs and risks associated with the product will be sustained by The Waiigo, who will send a professional from a shipping company to pick up the product at the address indicated by the costumer. The basis of the shipping charges will only be refunded if the entire order is collected.
The refund into the customer's account will be made in the shortest period of time possible one the products are received by the waiigo. The return of products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the product/s returned.
Guarantee Period and after-sales service
The waiigo guarantees the integrity and similarity of the product acquired through the website www.thewaiigo.com, which can be returned to the waiigo under the terms and return forms explained in the section "returns" of this same page.
The waiigo cannot be held liable for damages, whatever their nature, that may result from improper operation or use of the sold products. The responsibility of the waiigo shall be limited, in any case, to the amount of the order and will not be compromised by errors or omissions that have taken place, when it has been taken all necessary precautions in the products presentation.
The waiigo offers to all its customers an after-sales service, which will be responsible for handling any doubts or deficiency in the products sold through www.thewaiigo.com. For any questions or information requests, the customer can contact the customer service in firstname.lastname@example.org.
